Abstract

Today, as never before, Moldova needs clear spiritual and moral guidelines, united actions in the name of saving and preserving the integrity and health of our society. The Church in this situation plays a very important role, since it is in her that the values and riches of truth, goodness and justice are preserved. God calls on the Church to open up and go into the world, getting involved in the social life of the country, living by its needs and problems, becoming salt and light for it. This article has been developed as a guide for evangelical churches and provides basic guidelines for a church's social ministry. The article also reflects the position and guidelines of the church, applied to a number of contemporary issues of public interest. The church's social diaconia is based on the doctrine of the Holy Trinity, based on faith in the active presence and involvement of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in the life of man and all creation.
