This work is a study of Church of Christ mission methodology in Gorlovka, Ukraine since 1991. Research shows good accountability for those converts who are faithful Christians, but a severe lack of data for the unfaithful. Nine methods used in conversion are isolated and discussed. All are found to be usable as primary or secondary methods, but more conversions result from a campaign with one-on-one studies available on request. These studies combined with Christian example and interaction with the missionary often lead to conversion of the prospect. This study shows that the time required for conversion varies. The major recommendation of this work is more attention to Christian example and interaction in the Ukraine. This will strengthen the entire mission effort. Other recommendations are better record keeping, especially for the erring; greater utilization of Ukrainian ministers, and more effort in isolating and restoring the unfaithful.
