Abstract
The concept of mission must include several "facets" or aspects, of which I would like to emphasize in particular only 4, namely: the mission perceived as "intervention", the mission seen as an "initiative" , the mission as "insistence" and the mission from the perspective of "integration". The choice of these four aspects is largely due to the four major obstacles that stand in the way of the mission of the contemporary Church: impasse, inertia, instability and isolation. These seriously affect our mission. So today we must remember that mission means: intervention and not impasse, initiative and not inertia, insistence, not instability, it also means integration and not isolation. And although these words begin with the same letter, the impact on the mission of some of them is totally different from the impact of others.
