The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the peacebuilding potential of Narrative Theology in the Ukrainian context of narrative conflict using the tools of modern Protestant thought. The division of modern Ukrainian society have deep historical roots and lie in the use of narratives. It is necessary to develop an approach to narrative reconciliation that is more appropriate for the very nature of the conflict, and that goes beyond traditional diplomacy and includes the spiritual dimension as a constructive factor in achieving reconciliation. The object of research is the peacebuilding potential of narrative theology in its Protestant denominational variety. The subject of the study is the peacebuilding potential of narrative theology in the context of narrative conflict in Ukraine when applied from the perspective of Protestant’s worldview.
