Abstract
In this chapter I will focus on analyzing the Pentecostal conversion and the subsequent disengagement of Roma in one specific locality in eastern Slovakia. The phenomenon of disengagement deserves the close attention of scholars, as it appears to be present throughout the contemporary Pentecostal and Charismatic movement.
