Abstract

WILD (Women in Leadership Development) brings together the journeys (stories) of the dramatic lives of eight women from different backgrounds, nationalities, ethnicities, countries, cities and callings, who end up participating in global transformational leadership education and development doing God's kingdom work. Women, in general, tend to be God's natural nurturers, servants, net workers, connectors, collaborators and peacemakers. This social capital is rich with valuable assets in today's troubled world, where more than ever women and men need to work, collaborate and partner together. God provides us with the resources we need for bringing transformation to all aspects of society.
