Abstract
This is an initial paper outlining certain theories of evangelism as practiced in the Orthodox Church. It specifically looks at different elements that are found in evangelism namely preaching, teaching, witnessing, confessing, serving and defending. It also begins a conversation on the koinoic aspect of evangelism as properly understood.
