When one speaks about mission in an ecumenical context, the first and foremost event that comes to mind is probably Edinburgh 1910. The founding of the International Mission Council (IMC) in 1921 is an offspring of the famous conference through its continuation committee. It appears that none of these events left any significant mark on the history (or histories) of Romanian evangelical communities.
