Abstract

This dissertation is to design mission strategies and Leadership Training for the diaspora Chinese congregations in Ukraine. The methodology is action research. Data were collected with the use of participant-observation and in-depth interview. Data were interpreted through two cycles of action research and each cycle included identifying questions, collecting data and taking possible informed action. Through these steps strategies were developed and training program designed to equip the Chinese diaspora congregations in Ukraine. The findings and the leadership-training program for the Chinese congregations in Ukraine can be helpful reference for those engaging in ministry to the diaspora Chinese elsewhere.
